With completion expected in June 2027, Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Jacksonville launched residential sales Wednesday with the Douglas Elliman real estate brokerage, based in New York City.
Prices start at $4.7 million for the 26 private residences, which range from two to five bedrooms spanning 1,930 to 7,936 square feet of space.

There are four penthouses, which the Daily Record reported in December are owned by three members of Shad Khan’s family and a fourth by an unidentified prospective buyer.
