Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan and his children will pioneer ownership at the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, which Khan is developing along the Downtown Northbank riverfront.

Jaguars spokesperson Lyndsay Rossman confirmed Monday that three penthouses issued build-out permits last week are Khan family members’ residences. She confirmed those are for Khan’s daughter, Shanna, and son, Tony.

Both are officers in Khan’s businesses.
