Indian marketplace Patel Brothers plans to anchor the developing Shops at Racetrack Road in St. Johns County.
Atlantic Retail Executive Vice President Scott Giles, who represents the center, said on LinkedIn that the grocery bought 4.25 acres and intends to build a 20,000-square-foot store.

It would be the second Northeast Florida store for Patel Brothers, which has operated at 9551 Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville for about a decade.
