Furyk & Friends, a Champions golf tournament on the PGA Tour, will move from Jacksonville to the Palm Coast next year.

The tournament will be played for the last time this year at Timuquana Country Club in Jacksonville, from Sept. 29 to Oct. 5. It will take place at the Ocean Course at Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Palm Coast beginning Oct. 5 to 11 in 2026.

Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa previously hosted the Ginn Championship on the Champions Tour in 2007 and 2008 and the Ginn sur Mer Classic on the PGA Tour in 2008.

The Ocean Course, designed by golfing great Jack Nicklaus, winds along pristine wetlands and lakes and features six holes overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Nicklaus nicknamed the final four holes the Bear Claw, reflecting his own nickname, the Golden Bear.

Furyk & Friends, officially known as Constellation Furyk & Friends presented by Circle K, launched in 2021 and has raised over $5 million for North Florida charities.

“We are incredibly grateful to Timuquana Country Club and the entire Jacksonville community for an unforgettable five years,” tournament host Jim Furyk said in a news release. “The support from the members, our fans, our volunteers, and the charitable community has exceeded all expectations.”

Co-host Tabitha Furyk said: “We’re looking forward to honoring all those who helped bring this tournament to life in Jacksonville. Timuquana and this community helped us lay a foundation that we’ll carry forward into the future.”

The Jim & Tabitha Furyk Foundation will continue to be based in Jacksonville, maintaining its ties to the First Coast, the foundation said. The foundation will remain committed to supporting charitable partners including Wolfson Children’s Hospital, First Tee-North Florida and Blessings in a Backpack, while expanding its effect in the greater Flagler County and Palm Coast communities beginning in 2026.

“The new location in Palm Coast brings new opportunities for the foundation and the tournament to extend and grow its charitable impact,” the organization said.
