Waitress

Ritz Theatre and Museum | Downtown

At the center of the musical comedy Waitress is Jenna, a small-town server who longs for something more. With a soulful, Grammy-nominated score by pop genius Sara Bareilles, Waitress has been a crowd favorite since it debuted in 2016 on Broadway. And this highly anticipated local production is a real show-must-go-on moment: Jacksonville Beach’s Players by the Sea relocated the show to the Ritz after their home theater suffered major damage in a fire last month.

Ritz Theatre: 829 N. Davis St.; General admission: $35; Showtimes and more info.
