Permit issued for cafe at new Riverfront Plaza

The city issued a permit Tuesday for The Haskell Co. to build the Jacksonville Riverfront Plaza Cafe shell Downtown at a project cost of $3.5 million at the site of the former Jacksonville Landing.

Interior work will be permitted when a tenant is chosen.
