Marilyn joined the News4Jax team in February 2020. Marilyn’s career as a broadcast journalist started at WALB in Albany, Georgia, where she covered crime, severe weather and was a part of the 2020 Georgia Association of Broadcasters award for her participation in a Civil Rights Special. She is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication. While at A&T, Marilyn interned at WXII-12 News in Winston-Salem and Fox 13 in Tampa.
