The Jacksonville International Airport has never been busier. After a dip in traffic during COVID, JAX is back up to — and a little beyond — its previous traffic level. Our Number of the Week is the passengers who arrived at JAX in December: 327,798.

The Jacksonville International Airport, the largest airport in Northeast Florida (and which lives up to its international label with flights to Toronto) served 7,647,916 customers last year.

The airport’s biggest business, by weight, though, is mail.
