The city has issued a permit for The Paddle Lands Pickleball Club, an indoor pickleball center, at Oakleaf Station in Southwest Jacksonville.
Target Contractors Inc. is the contractor for the almost 18,850-square-foot project at 8402 Merchants Way, next to Bailey’s Health & Fitness, at a project cost of $681,397.
