Jet pilots arriving to train at NAS Jacksonville

Jacksonville residents might notice more noise and military aircraft as the U.S. Navy holds training over the next few weeks at Naval Air Station Jacksonville.

The Navy says carrier-based jet fighters and other types of aircraft will start to arrive at the air base on Jacksonville’s westside this weekend. Training should wrap up by Aug. 15.
