Rise plans to start rebuilding Doro apartments this summer

Rise: A Real Estate Company expects work to start this summer on construction of the fire-damaged Doro apartments Downtown.

“Everything is going good there. We’ve cleaned it up and we are looking to move forward,” CEO Ryan Holmes said Tuesday.
