Whiskey Jax closing in Atlantic Beach

Published on February 29, 2024 at 3:52 pm

It’s last call for Whiskey Jax Kitchen & Cocktails in Atlantic Beach. Sunday will be the last day for the gastropub and live music venue.

In a post on Instagram, the business says it’s closing in part because of staffing issues.

“We’ve had a two-year run, but we have never been able to get the right staff or to live up to personal expectations. Murphy’s Law has been in full effect,” the post says.

The Whiskey Jax in the Baymeadows area will remain open.

The business serves food and alcoholic drinks and has special events like live music.
