Hyatt Hotels Corp.’s new Hyatt Studios extended-stay brand could debut one of its first properties in Jacksonville.
Hyatt Studios is exploring development of a hotel at Village Crossing Drive in Southside Quarter at southwest Interstate 295 and Butler Boulevard.

JEA issued a service availability request Aug. 23 for a 122-unit Hyatt Studios on part of a 6.3-acre site. The location is at northeast Gate Parkway and Village Crossing Drive.
